What is your background?

I grew up in Liverpool with a very humble family. My grandad and father were both successful entrepreneurs running their own companies they started from scratch. This inspired me to always work hard in life to showcase the best of my abilities.
I studied Communications and Media at the University of Liverpool and graduated in 2021.

What inspired you to run your own business?

I have always had the drive to be successful but most importantly I love having the opportunity to give others that same chance! I had worked numerous hours in hospitality from the age of 16-20 and did not like being in the control of someone else!

What motivates you?

Freedom, Success and helping others.
I love the opportunity to have financial freedom – have no worries about my income for the rest of my life whilst also having the freedom to travel the world at any given time.
With this, being extremely successful at such a young age comes hand in hand with having this freedom.
Additionally, you meet people every single day who come from various different backgrounds. Some are tough, others not. I believe no matter what one’s background is, everyone deserves an equal chance at success! Enabling others to gain success through the company and reap the same awards as me is something I find much more rewarding than myself!

What are the companies goals for the next 5 years?

International expansion! We want to open up 10 offices within in next 2 years and then begin our international expansion plans to the USA! Then by 2025 expand across into Australia!

What advice would you give to a recent graduate or someone who wants a career change?

Don’t be afraid to put some effort into your career! Life is too short to be half in. Find an opportunity that will set you up for an amazing future!
